1. Who this is

No-Fluff Friday ("NFF", "we", "us") is published by Quinton Roast under the Founders & Systems brand, at nff.founders.systems (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Site is

The Site publishes a free weekly newsletter covering business systems, AI/automation, brand positioning and content strategy for creators, coaches, online experts and solopreneurs. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not personalised financial, legal, tax, medical or professional advice. You're responsible for your own decisions and results.

3. Subscribing

Subscribing requires an email address, submitted through the form on the Site. We use that address to send the newsletter and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

4. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — text, graphics, the No-Fluff Friday name and branding — belongs to Quinton Roast / Founders & Systems unless otherwise credited. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, resell or repackage full issues as your own without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
Don't use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
Don't attempt to bypass any security or access controls on the Site.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to services we operate under separate branding — including Founders Retreat (join.founders.systems) and Compound to 30™ (c30.founders.systems) — as well as third parties such as Google Fonts, YouTube, Spotify and Vimeo for embedded content where used. Each of those runs under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before using them.

The Site and its content are provided "as is".
