This policy explains how nff.founders.systems ("the Site") uses cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage), in plain terms.

3. Strictly necessary vs. optional

All four items above are "strictly necessary" or close to it — the Site works without them, but loses small conveniences (you'd see the wrong theme, or could double-react to an issue) if they're cleared. We don't currently set anything in the "optional/non-essential" category, which is why the consent banner offers a straightforward accept/decline rather than a granular toggle list.

4. Third-party requests

Loading the Site's typefaces makes a request to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). This is a standard web-font request, governed by Google's own privacy policy, and isn't used by us for advertising.

5. What happens when we add analytics or advertising

We plan to apply for Google AdSense in the future. When (and if) that goes live, this page will be updated first to list the specific cookies Google and any ad partners set, and visitors in the EEA, UK and other jurisdictions that require it will see a consent choice before any personalised-advertising cookie is set. Until this page says otherwise, no such cookies are active.
